$.25 Cereal; My Special K Stockpile!

These won't last me nearly as long as I'd like!

Sooo I went back to Harris Teeter yesterday and would you believe that I got the whole Special K Cereal Promotional all backwards? I was assuming it was the same as the Food Lion Deal, buy 5, when I found out eventually that you only had to buy 4 to get the deal! Ugh, I could have had cheaper cereal.

Really great day. I went around 12 p.m. (first and last trip); fully stocked. Plenty of Lysol Wipes and Electrasol; was shocked!

The 17 cents Heinz Ketchup 20 oz was sold out at all three stores that I visited. I considered grabbing a raincheck (trust me, I'm Queen of Rainchecks; I've even created a new envelope just for them!), but the tag said "long-term deal" so I didn't worry about it-- plus, I'm a Hunt's Ketchup girl.

There was one lone Tampax Pearl Compak left at each store-- perfect for the only three $1.50 Q's I had ...So fun!

Uhhhm!! Fall and Christmas items are finally 75% off!
I stashed me a nice bag at customer service while these were 50% off, waiting for the 75% off sale to hit!

CVS Fragrance & Makeup Deal!

Have been searching for a nice fragrance for a while now and finally found a pretty good deal at CVS. As well, some grey eyeshadow I've been searching for! :)

Here are my deals;


Lots of green dot 75% off stickers on makeup products at CVS. I was just rummaging, attempting to find some worth-while items to complete out my deals; and came across these great finds!

I've been looking for L'Oreal eyeshadow and found the perfect grey color! I found this deal on my own today! Was itching to use another $5/$20 coupon from iheartcvs.com, and here's what I got, girls!!

1 L'Oreal Hip Eyecolor $7.99, 75% off = $1.99!!
1 Britney Spears Curious Fragrance .5 oz $15.99, get $5 ECB

My total came to $19.37 somehow,

• less $5/$20 (adjusted) Q
• less $1 L'Oreal Eyeshadow Q
• less $12 (adjusted) ECB's from Oust BOGO ECB deal

= $1.01 OOP!! ...now would you believe that the total was all tax? It was! :) To top it off, get $5 ECB from Fragrance deal!!

(Even without the deal, the 75%-off-eyecolor is $.99 with the L'Oreal Q!!!) And best of all?? I've been searching for a new fragrance AND eyeshadow, lol. yaaaaaaahooooo!

Product Reviews 2010, First Edition

Ahh, word-of-mouth. The hub of reliable marketing.
Here are my latest experiences,

L'Oreal Active Daily Moisture Lotion, SPF 15



So, I have been using this particular moisturizer since the end of summer 2009. And, so far it's a winner; one of my favorites. I clipped a $1 coupon in the newspaper and decided to give L'Oreal a go. But, while they had a short break in issuing coupons to consumers, I purchased other products that did have matching coupons with them (ie; Aveeno).

L'Oreal Facial Moisturizer is very silky and gives your skin a beautiful glow. I fell in love with this product when I began using it. I have oily skin, and this moisturizer isn't at all over-bearing. And, another plus-- there were $2 coupons for this product in this past circular and I must say that I was quite jolly. How very generous of L'Oreal. I clipped multiple of these coupons and cannot wait to spend them. Thank you, L'Oreal.
