Target Deals: $15 off $40 Coupon

Wow. This is really my first time seriously "couponing" at Target. I usually just use the Cartwheel app. But, this weeks past Sunday paper had a deal too good to pass up- a coupon for $15 off a $40 Up & Up (Target Brand) purchase.

Do you know how much damage I could do with this coupon!! HAHAHA! And, that I truly did. We always get diapers from there, so this was like $15 worth of free diapers begging me to come scoop them up!

I got paper towels, toilet paper, paper cups, paper plates, baby wipes and baby diapers with the coupon + Cartwheel app. I would have had a few Target printables too, but the website was doing something funny and wouldn't print.

Here are my deals:

T1
2 Paper towels 6ct $6.79 - $3 ($15/$40) Q = $3.79 ea
1 Paper plates 110ct $3.74 - 5% CW Q - $3 ($15/$40) Q = $.74
2 Toilet paper 24ct = 48ct double rolls $11.99 (they were scanning for $15.49, but shelf tag said $11.99) - 5% CW Q - $3 ($15/$40) Q = $8.39 ea (Imagine it as $2.09 for a 6pk!)

= $24.91 OOP + tax

T2
2 Baby wipes 500ct $9.99 - 5% CW Q - $3.75 ($15/$40) Q = $5.74 each
1 Diapers 96ct $16.99 - 5% CW Q - $3.75 ($15/$40) Q = $12.39 or $0.12 per diaper

= $23.87 OOP + tax

I used $33.83 in coupons this shopping trip!

What a fun trip! Now I am stockpiled on TP and PT lol :)

CVS Huggies/Scott Deal, Limit TWO!, ends 10/19

Did the Scott/Huggies deal again today for 2nd time and got another $10 ECB's. Seems like you have to get these "limit" deals early or they will disappear before said ending date (like the Tide deal!)

3 Huggies $9.49 ea
2 Palmolive $.99 ea

Total $30.45
less 3 Huggies $2/1 IP's
less $10 ECB's from Crest Deal

$14.45 OOP + tax, get $10 ECB's

So $4.15 ea for the Huggies (got 31ct, 36ct, 40ct) = $.11 per diaper

The deal states limit 1 in the CVS flier for the week, but you can atleast do it TWICE! Get it quickly though because sometimes they cut these deals off before the end date.

CVS Trip 10/11 - Milk & Coupons!

Hey guys.

I live here, I am telling you.

I went today for the Tide deal but somehow or another it has ended early? The word was that it ended 10/12. Did anyone else wait late and discover that it no longer works?? I talked to store manager and she called her manager and they are saying that it was an old deal. I told her it was unadvertised and a monthly deal. No go. I also tried to confirm with the 1-800 CVS phone number... they said that if it was a store deal and unadvertised, there is nothing they could do  Good thing I was able to do it once, but I wanted atleast 4 more.

Nevertheless, I pulled together this deal since NO TIDE!

1 Mitchum Deo $1.99
2 Crest 500ml $5.49 ea
1 Total Home 2-ply 4-roll TP $2.77 (needed)
1 Pet Whole Milk Gallon $3.79 (needed)

Total $19.53
less $3/$15 E-mail Q
less $1/1 Mitchum MFR
less 2 Crest $1.50/1 MFR's
less $5 ECB, $2 ECB, $1 ECB

= $4.53 OOP + tax, get $5 ECB's from Crest Deal, $4/$20 CRT also printed (they LOVE giving me these things, and I love spending them!!)
Or $.90 per item.

First time I tried getting milk. The milk did not count toward the $3/$15 Q because it is excluded.

Best,
Whitney

Incredible Tide Deal @ CVS until 10/12!

My son must be tired of me taking him on these trips! LOL. I love couponing. I also met someone offline (not from AFC) and got 3 adorable cloth diapes ~ But, that's another thread .

Total $23.96
less $4/$20 CRT from Coupon Machine (yesterday)
less $2/1 Tide MFR
less $5/3 Tide MFR
less $10 ECB's from previous Airwick Deal

= $2.96 OOP + tax! Get $5 ECB's
This means the Tide cost me $.74 each!

T2
4 Mitchum Deodorant $1.99
1 Colgate Total 4.2oz $2.99
1 Crest ProHealth 1L $6.99
1 Crest ProHealth 250 ML $3.79*

Total $21.73
less $4/$20 CRT printed at the register after my first transaction!
less 4 $1/1 Mitchum MFR's
less 1 Colgate $.75/1 IP
less 2 Crest $1/1 IP's*
less $5 ECB's from T1

= $5.98 OOP + tax, get $5 ECb's from Crest, get $1 ECB from Colgate
So about $.85 per item in T2

* My store was out of the 1 liter's so she let me substitute!

Summary
Before Coupons: $45.69 + tax
After Coupons: $8.94 + tax
Coupons Spent: ($36.75)
Percent Savings: 80%
Received: Still have $8 ECB's left to spend

I had all of the T2 items on my shopping list, but I had to put this transaction together in-store since a $4/$20 coupon printed! I wanted to get more Tide since the limit is 4, but I figured I needed deo more (just beginning to stockpile after my break again).
